Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the butter. Add the mushrooms and set to medium heat.
Step 3
Season with salt and sauté for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown.

Slice the tomatoes.
Step 5
Season the mushrooms with pepper.
Step 6
Flip the mushrooms and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Step 7
For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise and mustard.

In the heated olive oil in the skillet, place the turkey steaks. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 2–3 minutes on high heat.

Flip the turkey and reduce the heat to medium. Sauté for another 2–3 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Place the turkey in a baking dish lined with parchment. Top with the mushrooms.

Spread the sauce over it.

Place the slices of tomatoes on top.

Then sprinkle with cheese.

Send to the oven preheated to 355°F for 10 minutes.

Let cool slightly. Transfer to a plate and serve.
