French-Style Potatoes with Meat

Ingredients

  • Potato 6 pieces
  • Onion 3 heads
  • Mayonnaise 15 oz
  • Cheese Spread 10 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Spices to taste
  • Pork Blood 15 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into pieces about 2 cm thick.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes and slice them into 3–4 mm thick rounds.

Step 3

Slice the onion into rings, about 3–4 mm thick.

Step 4

Drizzle the baking dish with sunflower oil, place half of the meat in it, then layer half of the onion rings on top, and season with salt and pepper (I use a pepper blend for meat dishes). Next, arrange the potatoes in a single layer to cover the entire surface.

Step 5

Next, add a second layer of potatoes, generously spread with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 6

Place in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
