- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Onion 3 heads
- Cheese Spread 10 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Rinse the pork, pat it dry, and cut it into slices across the grain, about 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Tenderize each piece of pork well on both sides, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half-moons.
Step 4
Grate the cheese using a large grater.
Step 5
Place the meat on a greased baking sheet. Top it with a thin layer of onions. Drizzle mayonnaise over the meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes at 355°F.
Step 7
Let the cooked meat rest for 10–15 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with herbs.
