  • Pork tenderloin 10 oz
  • Suluguni Cheese 0 oz
  • Watercress 3 stems
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Tomatoes 0 oz
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Grill Meat Spice Blend to taste
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Mild Chili Spice to taste

Slice the suluguni cheese and cut the onion into half-rings.

Chop the watercress coarsely.
