Ingredients

  • Pork Neck 20 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
  • Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
  • Herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix ½ teaspoon
  • Flaky sea salt a pinch
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Sumac a pinch

Cut the meat into steaks about 2.5 cm thick and coat all sides with mustard oil.

Place on a dry, hot skillet.

Melt the butter in the microwave, then add the herbes de Provence.

Add the pepper blend.

Once the bottom side of the steaks is well browned, flip them and reduce the heat to medium.
