French-Style Pork Loin
Ingredients
- Bone-in Beef 1 piece
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon
- Onion 0 oz
- Tomatoes 0 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the tomato into thin slices and sprinkle with salt.
Step 2
Cut the onion into half rings.
Step 3
Place the meat in the heated mustard oil in the skillet.
Step 4
Add salt.
Step 5
Once the bottom side is browned, flip it over.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
After 3–5 minutes, reduce the heat and flip it again.
Step 8
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on top.
Step 9
Add the onion on top.
Step 10
Layer the tomato slices on top.
Step 11
Add a thin slice of cheese on top and cover with a lid. Set the heat to minimum.
Step 12
After about 7 minutes, the loin is ready. Transfer to a plate and season with ground pepper.
