Ingredients
- Onion 3 pieces
- Pork Blood 15 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into thin slices about 1 cm thick and tenderize.
Step 2
Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet generously greased with sunflower oil.
Step 4
Top the meat with a layer of onion that is not too thick (you can layer the onion first and then the meat on top).
Step 5
Cover with a layer of mayonnaise to completely seal the onion and meat.
Step 6
Evenly sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 7
Place in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes at 355°F. Let the cooked meat rest for 15 minutes.
Step 8
You can garnish with herbs.
