Ingredients
- Pork Neck 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Onion ½ piece
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 10 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cover the meat with a bag and pound it with a mallet.
Step 2
Place the meat in a greased baking dish and season with black pepper. Add salt.
Step 3
Top with onion, sliced into half-rings.
Step 4
Dress with mayonnaise.
Step 5
Add the Herbes de Provence.
Step 6
Layer the tomatoes, sliced thinly, on top. Add salt.
Step 7
Then add the grated cheese.
Step 8
Cover with foil.
Step 9
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 50 minutes.
Step 10
Then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
Step 11
Serve with fresh herbs.
