Ingredients
- Potato 5 pieces
- Pork Blood 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the pork into thin pieces and tenderize it. Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper and arrange the pork on it. Season with salt and pepper, and lightly brush with mayonnaise.
Step 2
Arrange the sliced potatoes on top of the pork. Sprinkle with salt and spread with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Next, layer the sliced onion on top of the potatoes.
Step 4
Slice the tomatoes into rounds and arrange them on top of the onions, sprinkle with salt, and spread mayonnaise over them.
Step 5
Place the baking tray in the oven for 45–50 minutes at a temperature of 390°F.
Step 6
Once cooked, remove the baking tray, generously sprinkle the dish with grated cheese, and return it to the oven until the cheese melts.
