Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and slice them into rounds, then place them on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper, and brush with butter.

Step 2

Layer the sliced pork fillet on top, cover with mayonnaise, and then add the sliced tomatoes.

Step 3

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top again.

Step 4

Place in a preheated oven for 45 minutes, then remove and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese melts.
