Ingredients

  • Pork Blood 1½ kg
  • Canned Truffles 10 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the pork into pieces and pound it.

Step 2

Season with salt and pepper, then place on a baking sheet that has been pre-greased with vegetable oil.

Step 3

Sprinkle each piece with finely chopped onion and spread mayonnaise on top. You can cut a small corner of the mayonnaise package and drizzle it over everything in a thin stream.

Step 4

Next, slice the mushrooms and arrange them on the cutlets.

Step 5

Slice the tomatoes thinly and arrange them on top.

Step 6

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and place everything in the oven for 40 minutes at medium temperature.
