Ingredients
- Onion 3 pieces
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Mayonnaise 15 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onion and slice it into rings or half-rings. Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 2
Wash the meat, pat it dry, and slice it across the grain into 1 cm thick pieces. Tenderize each piece of meat well, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place the meat on a greased baking tray. Top the meat with a layer of onions (not too thick). Drizzle the meat with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 25 minutes at 355°F. Let the cooked meat rest for 10–15 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with herbs.
