- Meat 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into steaks (not too thick, as it will take a long time to cook). Prepare the foil. Cut pieces large enough to wrap the meat completely. Season with salt and pepper on both sides and the edges. Preheat the oven.
Step 2
Take the onion, peel it, and slice it into rings. Place it on the meat. Grate the cheese and spread it over the meat. Top it with mayonnaise. Wrap the meat in foil to prevent the juices from leaking during cooking in the oven.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about one hour.
