Ingredients
- Pork Blood 25 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread 10 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salad Potatoes 7 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Khmeli-suneli to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into thin steaks.
Step 2
Pound well on each side.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin rounds.
Step 5
Line a baking tray with foil, lightly greased with sunflower oil. First layer the onions, then top with the potatoes.
Step 6
Season with salt to taste.
Step 7
Place the meat on top of the potatoes.
Step 8
Season with khmeli-suneli, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 9
Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
Step 10
Place the tomatoes on the meat, distributing 1-2 slices on each steak.
Step 11
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 12
Pour the mayonnaise into a deep bowl.
Step 13
Add the cheese and mix until smooth.
Step 14
Spread the cheese mixture on top of each piece.
Step 15
Cover with foil and place in the oven for 40 minutes. The temperature should be 390°F.
Step 16
Remove the foil 5 minutes before cooking is complete to brown the top.
