Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 3 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard 3 tablespoons
- Sumac ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice a pinch
- Flaky sea salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Ocean salt to taste

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet with a pinch of coarse salt.

Place the fillets in the hot oil.
Step 3
Season with salt.
Step 4
Add black pepper.
Step 5
Add sumac.
Step 6
Once the bottom side is browned, flip it over.

Spread Dijon mustard on top and reduce the heat to medium.

Season with chili powder.
Step 9
Cover with a lid.
Step 10
After 7–10 minutes, the steaks are ready. Transfer to a plate and serve.
