Ingredients
- Onion ½ piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Potato 1 piece
- Dill 1 bunch
- Pitted olives ⅓ cup
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, and pound it on both sides.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with oil and place the breast in it.
Step 3
Finely chop the tomato, onion, olives, dill stems, arugula, and garlic, and mix well.
Step 4
Drizzle the mixture with oil.
Step 5
Spread everything evenly over the breast. Grate a little cheese on top.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 340°F for 20–25 minutes.
