Ingredients
- Cornish Hen 1 piece
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Seasoning 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice 1 teaspoon
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Salt 20 oz
- Kale 2 stalks
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour olive oil into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add soy sauce.
Step 3
Season with chicken seasoning.
Step 4
Add chili.
Step 5
Add grainy mustard. Mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Pour salt into a baking dish.
Step 7
Coat the chicken with the prepared sauce on top and sides. Pour any remaining sauce inside.
Step 8
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 9
After 25 minutes, remove the dish and let it cool slightly.
Step 10
Serve on a couple of kale leaves.
