  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Sturgeon 20 oz
  • Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
  • Bay leaf 1 piece
  • Green Peas 10 oz
  • Roots to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Submerge the sturgeon in boiling water for 5 minutes without boiling, remove the bony plates, and gut it.

Step 2

Meanwhile, prepare a spicy broth by adding chopped herbs, roots, bay leaf, peas, and salt to the boiling water. Then place the fish in the boiling water, bring to a boil, simmer on low heat, cool in the broth, and slice.

Step 3

Coat the sturgeon in breadcrumbs, dip in melted butter, coat again in breadcrumbs, dip in butter again, and fry the fish on a rack in the oven at medium temperature.

Step 4

As a side dish, serve salads made from raw vegetables and a specially prepared sauce. For the sauce, mix grated horseradish with sugar, let it sit in the refrigerator for 40 minutes, and then mix with mayonnaise.
