- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Dill 5 stems
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Salt to taste

Step 1
First, preheat the oven to 180–390°F. Then take a baking sheet and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Next, slice the eggplants, zucchini, tomatoes, and cucumbers into rounds about 5 mm thick.
Step 3
Then chop the garlic and dill into small pieces.
Step 4
Arrange everything on the baking sheet, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cook for about 30–40 minutes.
