Ingredients
- Green Peas 1 can
- Onion 1 head
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and slice the onion into half-rings. Melt 50 grams of butter in a skillet and sauté the onion for 1–2 minutes.
Step 2
Add a pinch of salt, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Open the can of peas and drain the liquid. Pour into the skillet with the onion, add the remaining 50 grams of butter, and mix well to coat the peas in the onion mixture.
Step 4
Cover with a lid and simmer the peas on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they become tender.
Step 5
Serve as a side dish or garnish.
