Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Onion 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers ½ teaspoon
- Paprika ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the fillet in a greased baking dish. Season with salt.
Step 2
Spread mayonnaise on top.
Step 3
Season with black and red pepper.
Step 4
Mash the tomato flesh with a fork, add garlic pressed through a garlic press, and mix.
Step 5
Spread the resulting mixture over the mayonnaise. Season with salt.
Step 6
Grate the onion on a coarse grater.
Step 7
Distribute it over the tomato mixture.
Step 8
Add the grated cheese on top.
Step 9
Sprinkle with paprika.
Step 10
Send to a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 11
After 35 minutes, it's ready. Transfer to a plate and serve.
