Ingredients
- Fatty Beef 15 oz
- Onion ½ head
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Mixed Ground Peppers ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 10 tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cover the meat with plastic wrap or a bag in two layers and pound it with a mallet on both sides.
Step 2
Line a baking dish with foil and grease it with oil.
Step 3
Place the meat in the dish and season with the mixed peppers. Add salt.
Step 4
Top with onion, sliced into half-rings.
Step 5
Dress with mayonnaise (about 2 tablespoons).
Step 6
Season with ground black pepper.
Step 7
Add the tomatoes, sliced about 5–7 mm thick.
Step 8
Dress again with mayonnaise.
Step 9
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
Step 10
Then add Parmesan cheese.
Step 11
Bake in the oven at 355°F for 45 minutes, covered with foil, then another 15 minutes without foil.
Step 12
Serve hot.
