Fragrant zrazy with porcini mushrooms and cheese
Ingredients
- Lean Beef 15 oz
- Ground meat 15 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese 4 pieces
- Frozen White Mushrooms 15 oz
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the ground chicken and ground beef. Add the two eggs and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and add it to the mixture.
Step 3
Soak the slices of white bread in milk.
Step 4
Add parsley, herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture.
Step 5
Squeeze the soaked bread slices and add them to the meat mixture. Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly.
Step 6
Finely chop the porcini mushrooms and slice the cheese into pieces no thicker than 1 cm.
Step 7
For convenience in making the zrazy, use plastic wrap, moistening it with cold water beforehand.
Step 8
Place a small amount of the meat mixture in a circle on the plastic wrap, put the mushrooms and cheese in the center. Fold the plastic wrap so that the meat covers the filling. Unwrap the plastic and shape the zrazy.
Step 9
Place the zrazy on a baking sheet previously greased with oil.
Step 10
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 30–40 minutes.
