Fragrant rice with vegetables and mushrooms
Ingredients
- Basmati rice 1½ cups
- Carrot 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Morels 0 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ginger 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Soy Sauce to taste
- White Cabbage 5 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the rice. Cook until the water is fully absorbed, then remove from heat and set aside for a while.
Step 2
Peel the carrot and cut it into small cubes, cut the pepper the same way. Heat 0.5 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and add the carrot, pepper, a bit of chili, drizzle with soy sauce, and cook for a few minutes.
Step 3
Crush the garlic and chop the ginger. Add everything to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
Step 4
Chop the cabbage leaves (5 pieces), add to the pan, and lightly drizzle with oil. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Cook for a couple of minutes.
Step 6
Chop the onion and add it to the pan. Cook for another couple of minutes and add the rice, then a bit of soy sauce. Simmer until the rice absorbs all the juices, add herbs to taste.
