Ingredients
- Bulgur 5 oz
- Pomegranate Seeds 0 oz
- Fresh Mint 1 bunch
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Lemon ½ piece
- Lamb Shoulder 4 pieces
- Ras el Hanout 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the bulgur in boiling salted water until ready, about 15 minutes. Drain. Fluff with a fork and add crumbled feta, pomegranate seeds, finely chopped mint, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 3
Lightly drizzle the lamb with olive oil and rub with ras el hanout. Season with salt and place on the grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 4
On plates, serve the tabbouleh and top with 2 lamb chops each.
