- Parboiled and wild rice blend 0 oz
- Black rice (imperial) 0 oz
- Boiled White Round Rice 0 oz
- Wild rice 0 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Chicken hearts 30 oz
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the chicken hearts in spices, salt, and oil.
Step 2
Cook the rice mixture for 30–35 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the vegetables and chop the garlic.
Step 4
Remove the cooked hearts from the pan, and sauté the vegetables in the remaining juice and oil. Serve in layers: rice, vegetables, hearts.
