- Long-Grain Rice 5 oz
- Water 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice under cold water, draining it 7-10 times.
Step 2
In a pot, combine 200 g of rice with 375 ml of water. Place it on the heat. Do not stir the rice during the cooking process.
Step 3
Once it boils, cover with a lid and continue to cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 4
After 10 minutes, turn off the heat. Do not open the lid. Let the rice sit covered for another 15 minutes to absorb the remaining moisture.
