Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Dried Rosemary ½ teaspoon
- Salad Potatoes 7 pieces

Step 1
Boil the potatoes. Drain the water. Mash with a wooden masher until there are no lumps left.
Step 2
Add the softened butter. Mix, then add the milk (you may need a little more or less than a cup, depending on the type of potatoes).
Step 3
Add salt. Add rosemary.
Step 4
Whip the entire mixture with a whisk until fluffy.
Step 5
Let it steep with rosemary for 15 minutes — serve.
