  • Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Onion 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sort the buckwheat, rinse it, place it in a pot, add 1 cup of cold water, and salt it.

Step 2

Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat, and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 3

After that, remove the pot from the heat and let the porridge sit covered for another 15 minutes.

Step 4

Slice the sausage into thin strips.

Step 5

Wash the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them, cool in cold water, peel, and dice.

Step 6

Peel the onion, wash it, slice it into half-rings, and sauté in heated vegetable oil.

Step 7

Add the tomatoes and sausage to the pan with the onion, season with salt and pepper, and fry while stirring for another 4-5 minutes.

Step 8

Stir the cooked porridge with butter and mix it with the sautéed vegetables and sausage.

Step 9

Serve with a spicy tomato sauce.
