Sort the buckwheat, rinse it, and toast it in a dry skillet.
Step 2
In an ovenproof pot, bring 2.5 cups of water to a boil, add the buckwheat, and cook on low heat for 7–10 minutes.
Step 3
Then transfer to a preheated oven and cook for another 20 minutes.
Step 4
Once the porridge is ready, stir in the butter, add the soaked raisins and liquid honey, and mix thoroughly.
