Ingredients

  • Flounder 15 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon 9 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the flounder fillet, cut it into portions, and marinate it in oil mixed with lemon juice for 1 hour. Then drain and pat dry.

Step 2

For the sauce, mix the cheese, cream, and olives — chop 3 tablespoons of olives finely and leave the rest whole. Place the fish in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Bake in a preheated oven at 180–390°F for 15–20 minutes. Garnish with herbs and lemon when serving.
