Flounder in Wine-Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- Flounder 20 oz
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- 10% cream 3 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Mix the egg with the cream, add a little salt, and lightly beat (with a fork).
Step 3
Season the fish with salt.
Step 4
Dip the fish in flour, then in the egg mixture, and then back in the flour. Place in the frying pan and fry. Remove the fish from the pan to a plate and cover to keep warm.
