Ingredients
- Flounder 30 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Dill to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Spices to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the fish in foil. Before baking, rinse and dry it.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper, and add lemon juice.
Step 3
Mix mayonnaise with grated lemon zest and chopped herbs.
Step 4
Place 1 fish on 1 sheet of foil and spread with the sauce.
Step 5
Top the sauce with diced bell pepper.
Step 6
Place sliced tomatoes on top of the bell pepper.
Step 7
Grate cheese on top using a coarse grater.
Step 8
Add lemon wedges on top.
Step 9
Wrap each fish in foil.
Step 10
Bake in a preheated oven (about 180-190°C) for 25-35 minutes (depending on the size of the fish).
