Ingredients
- Flounder 20 oz
- Clarified Butter 5 oz
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Garlic 1 clove
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the flounder fillet into strips, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour and fry in some of the butter.
Step 2
Slice the onion into strips and sauté in the butter until golden brown. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and sauté in the butter.
Step 3
Combine the cooked fish with the onions and tomatoes, place on a plate, and sprinkle with chopped herbs mixed with minced garlic.
