For the best results, cook the T-bone steaks on a barbecue.

Then lower the temperature by raising the grill.

Cook for another 3-5 minutes, constantly flipping and adding salt and pepper, until a characteristic crust forms.
Step 5
The finished steak should remain medium-rare inside.
