Fish with Vegetables in Foil
Ingredients
- Blue Ling Fillet 6 pieces
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Lemon 1 piece
- Fish Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the fish fillet with salt, pepper, fish seasoning, and lemon juice, and let it marinate for 35–40 minutes.
Step 2
Line a baking dish with foil and place the fish fillet cut into pieces on top, then add sliced carrots and onions cut into half rings.
Step 3
Sprinkle with some herbs, but not all. Seal tightly with foil and place in a preheated oven at 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 35–45 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished dish with the remaining herbs.
