
Fish with Paste Baked on Lemon

Instead of pollock, you can use cod or haddock.
Ingredients
- Pollock fillet 20 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Slice the lemon into rounds.
Step 3
Cut the pollock fillet crosswise so that the pieces match the diameter of the lemon slices.
Step 4
Place parsley, garlic cloves, olive oil, and salt in a blender. Blend everything thoroughly until it forms a paste.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the lemon slices on it.
Step 6
Place the pieces of pollock on top of the lemon slices.
Step 7
Evenly spread the parsley paste over the pollock.
Step 8
Put the baking sheet in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 9
Serve hot.
