Fish with Cheese and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Blue Ling Fillet 25 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 1 jar
- Dill 1 bunch
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cheese Spread 10 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet (I used pangasius) into portion-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Finely chop the tomatoes, herbs, and garlic. Grate half of the cheese.
Step 3
Mix the vegetables, herbs, and cheese with mayonnaise. Add the fish and mix well.
Step 4
Line a small baking dish with foil. Transfer the mixture into it.
Step 5
Grate the remaining half of the cheese. Spread it on top.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 355°F.
