
Fish under Marinade in the Microwave

Ingredients
- Salmon 1 piece
- Onion 2 pieces
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 2
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Place in a microwave-safe dish, add tomato paste, salt, any spices you prefer, any dried herbs, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
Step 4
Cook at 100% power for 8–10 minutes with the lid on.
Step 5
Clean the fish from the skin and remove the backbone. Cut into small pieces and sprinkle with salt.
Step 6
Spread some of the prepared marinade on a separate plate, enough to cover the bottom. Layer the fish on top, followed by a layer of marinade, and repeat. The last layer should be marinade.
Step 7
Cover with a lid and cook at 80% power for 10–12 minutes.
