Fish Sticks with Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 teaspoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Blue Ling Fillet 15 oz
- Tartar Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet into strips. Dredge in flour. Beat the eggs, add pepper and salt. Mix the breadcrumbs with the grated cheese. Dip the fish pieces in the egg and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 2
Place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake for 15–20 minutes at 445°F. Serve with tartar sauce and lemon.
