- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Apple Wine 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean and cut the fish into pieces. Sauté for 2 minutes in olive oil with chopped shallots, salt, and pepper. Add the wine and let it evaporate. Add capers, anchovies, olives, and tomato sauce.
Step 2
Cook covered for 15–20 minutes in an oven preheated to 355°F.
Step 3
Sprinkle the finished cod with pine nuts.
