Main Dishes • European
Description
The tastiest option will be oily fish.
Ingredients
- Blue Ling Fillet 15 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ground Caraway 1 teaspoon
- Paprika ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro a pinch
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish into small pieces. Frozen fillet can be used (in this case, it should be thawed in advance).
Step 2
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water and remove their skins, then dice them. Also, dice the bell pepper after removing the seeds.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Crush the garlic with a knife and add it to the saucepan along with the caraway and paprika. Stir and wait.
Step 4
As soon as it becomes fragrant, add the tomatoes and half a glass of water, bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Add the bell pepper to the saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the fish to the stewed vegetables, cover with a lid, and let it sit for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro leaves and serve boldly with lemon wedges.
