  • White fish 30 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Basil to taste
  • Butter 5 oz

Step 1

Drizzle the fish with lemon juice and let it sit in the baking dish for 30 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters and peel them.

Step 3

Finely chop the basil.

Step 4

Place the tomatoes on the fish steaks and sprinkle with basil. Top with pieces of butter and wrap the steaks in foil.

Step 5

Bake in an oven preheated to 390°F for 25 minutes, until the fish is cooked and begins to flake.

Serve garnished with fresh basil.
