Ingredients
- Fish 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Avocado 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce (chicken broth, butter, lemon juice, cornstarch), whisk lightly, and microwave for 1 minute on full power until slightly thickened.
Step 2
Use fish fillets such as hake or tilapia, or sole, calculating 2 pieces per family member. Marinate the fillets for 10-15 minutes in the sauce mixed with black pepper, herbs de Provence, and salt.
Step 3
Slice the cheese and avocado into thin pieces.
Step 4
Place a fillet on a cutting board, add cheese and avocado on top so that no filling is visible from any side.
Step 5
Roll the fillets starting from the short side. Secure the rolls with toothpicks. Dredge the rolls in flour and fry in hot oil on both sides.
Step 6
Serve the fish rolls with mashed potatoes and lemon sauce. Enjoy!
