  • Smoked haddock fillet 15 oz
  • Cod fillet 15 oz
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 oz
  • Mashed Potatoes 25 oz
  • Milk 20 fl oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • 10% cream 10 oz
  • Leek 5 oz
  • Quail Egg 8 pieces
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes, make the mash, and add milk and butter (let it cool).

Step 2

Boil the quail eggs (peel them).

Step 3

Cut the salmon and cod fillets (coarsely, but not too much).

Step 4

Boil the shrimp (peel them).

Step 5

Slice the leek (into rings).

Step 6

Take a baking dish.

Step 7

Layer the salmon fillet, cod, shrimp, eggs, leek, pour over the cream, top with mashed potatoes (cover), and sprinkle with cheese. Place in the oven for 25–30 minutes at a temperature of 180–375°F.
