Description
You can use any fish, but salmon is the best choice.
Ingredients
- Sole fillets 25 oz
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Potato protein 4 tablespoons
- Onion 3 heads
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz

Step 1
Cut the fish into small cubes, about 1 cm.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Mix the fish with the onion.
Step 4
Add mayonnaise, egg, and starch.
Step 5
Mix everything thoroughly and lightly salt.
Step 6
Pour the oil into a frying pan and heat well.
Step 7
Spoon the mixture into the oil like pancakes and fry on both sides until cooked.
