Ingredients
- Fish ½ kg
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Butter 0 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove all fins from the fish, clean it of entrails and bones, rinse it under running water, and dry it (it's convenient to buy ready-made fish fillets).
Step 2
Cut it into small pieces, and rub each piece with salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Peel and chop the onion, then sauté it in butter until golden brown.
Step 4
Distribute the pieces of fish in baking dishes, adding the garlic chopped not too finely. Also, distribute the sautéed onion. Then add the sour cream. If necessary, add a little more salt to taste, and then sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake in an oven preheated to 480°F for about 20 minutes.
