Ingredients
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
- White fish 20 oz
- Natural Yogurt 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Cut the fish fillet into pieces of 140 grams each (a total of 4 pieces).
Step 3
Mix the breadcrumbs with half of the sesame seeds. Dip each piece in yogurt, then in the mixture of sesame seeds and breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Fry in heated oil until golden brown.
Step 5
Toast the remaining sesame seeds in a dry skillet until fragrant and lightly golden. Sprinkle over the cooked fish.
