Ingredients
- Carp 1½ kg
- Salt 1½ kg
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Water 5 fl oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Gently beat the egg whites with a fork.
Step 3
Add water to the egg whites.
Step 4
Then add salt.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients well. The mixture should be loose enough to hold its shape, similar to snow.

Spread a layer of salt on the baking sheet.
Step 7
Shape the salt into the form of a fish.
Step 8
Place the cleaned fish on a bed of salt.
Step 9
Cover with the remaining salt and seal it, leaving no gaps. Place the fish in an oven preheated to 430°F (428 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 10
Remove the cooked fish from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Step 11
After that, you can break open the salt crust and enjoy.
