Ingredients
- Tilapia 4 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Potato 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Squeeze them with your hands to remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Add the eggs, flour, and salt, and mix well.
Step 3
Dredge the tilapia fillets in flour on both sides.
Step 4
Press the potato mixture onto the fish from both sides. Carefully place the fish in a skillet with heated oil. Fry over medium heat.
Step 5
When one side is golden brown, flip it to the other side. Lower the heat and cook until done.
